Managing Director

 Andy Pfeifer is a seasoned global human resources executive with over 30 years of expertise in total rewards. A veteran of The Timberland Company, Semrush, Watts Water Technologies, and Smith+Nephew, he is known as a trusted advisor to employees, management, senior leadership and the board of directors on matters involving compensation, benefits, employee wellness and equity plans.  He has successfully managed HR functions around the globe and across various industries, including technology, manufacturing, and consumer goods. He has held pivotal HR roles guiding organizations through periods of rapid growth, transformations, mergers and acquisitions, and Initial Public Offerings.


He and his family live in Greater Boston and he is a passionate graduate of Miami University.
